Accepting these terms

TCGSentry is operated by Treasure Cruise Trading BV, Belgium (enterprise number BE 0801.179.814). By creating an account or using TCGSentry you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use TCGSentry.

What TCGSentry does

TCGSentry helps you track prices from the stores and marketplaces we cover, organise your collection, and get alerts when a card reaches a price you set. Prices, history, and Sell/Hold signals are provided for information only.

Not financial advice

Our prices, history, alerts, and Sell/Hold signals are not financial or investment advice and are not a recommendation to buy or sell. Card prices are volatile and can be wrong, delayed, or unavailable. Your buying and selling decisions are your own.

Stores and affiliate links

TCGSentry is independent. We take part in the affiliate programs of the stores we link to, and some of those links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We are not owned by, operated by, or officially partnered with any of them, and none of them endorses or takes responsibility for TCGSentry. Pricing comes from those stores and may be inaccurate or out of date. When you follow a link you leave TCGSentry and any purchase is between you and that store under its terms. We never access your store accounts; any cart we prepare is created empty for you to sign in and complete.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Tell us at info@tcgsentry.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

Do not break the law, scrape or overload the service, bypass rate limits, reverse engineer or copy it, or use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your data and ours

Your collection data is yours; you grant us the limited licence needed to provide the service. The TCGSentry software and content are ours. How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

TCGSentry is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any price or signal is accurate, and we may change or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your buying or selling decisions, reliance on prices or signals, or dealings with the stores we link to. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights.

Termination

You can stop using TCGSentry and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use TCGSentry after a change means you accept it.

Governing law and contact
